1. Your Agreement
When you book, you enter into an agreement with the relevant Supplier/Principal of your Travel Arrangements, as specified on your confirmation invoice. Your booking is governed by both these Booking Conditions and the terms of the Supplier/Principal(s) you’re contracting with. Carefully review both sets of conditions before confirming your booking. Keep in mind that Supplier/Principal terms can limit or exclude their liability to you.
Booking availability is subject to the time of your booking. We can’t guarantee the availability of advertised Travel Arrangements at the time of booking. If your desired Travel Arrangements are unavailable, we’ll promptly notify you after your order.
By booking through our website or app, you request us to make an offer to the Supplier/Principal on your behalf. The order summary email acknowledges your offer but isn’t accepting of the Supplier/Principal’s ability to provide the Travel Arrangements. Upon receiving your booking confirmation, a binding agreement is established, subject to the Supplier/Principal’s terms and these Booking Conditions.
2. Booking Process
When booking, review and confirm details before making payment. Once payment is completed, we proceed to confirm the booking with the Supplier/Principal.
Verify that all names, dates, and details are accurate upon receiving documents. Notify us promptly of any errors. Modifications may incur charges. Names should match passport details. Your provided information will be shared with the relevant Supplier/Principal and authorities as required. Consent to this data sharing is implied. Data might also be shared with security or credit check entities. Note that data protection regulations might be less strict outside the European Economic Area.
For larger groups requiring ample availability, contact our contact center. If separate online bookings are made for the same group, and availability lapses between bookings, cancellation of the first booking might entail cancellation charges.
3. Payment
Different payment terms apply:
– Full payment is required at booking for flight-only, bookings
within 14 days of departure, and non-refundable hotel bookings.
– Other bookings require a
non-refundable deposit.
Installment options are available, and details will be provided upon booking. An administration fee of £4.95 per installment helps manage multiple payments.
Cash payments are possible through participating retailers. Payment instructions and barcodes are provided via email for cash payments.
4. Failed Payment
Failed installment payments may lead to booking cancellation, loss of funds, and Supplier/Principal charges. Rejected orders 3-7 days before departure might delay fund return.
5. Accuracy
We strive for accurate information and prices but errors can occur. Corrections will be made in such cases. Verify details before booking.
6. Price Changes
Prices may change, and errors might be corrected. Ensure accurate pricing at the time of booking.
7. Insurance
Many Suppliers/Principals require travel insurance. We strongly recommend coverage for cancellation, assistance, baggage/money loss, and activities.
8. Special Requests
Notify us of special requests at booking, though fulfillment isn’t guaranteed.
9. Health and Medical Conditions
Disclose medical conditions before booking. Accommodation will be attempted but may require a doctor’s certificate.
10. Changes and Cancellations by You
Changes and cancellations follow Supplier/Principal terms, incurring charges, including an administration fee.
Civil Aviation Authority ATOL Standard Terms
ATOL-protected bookings come with ATOL Certificates. Compensation might be available from the Air Travel Trust if services can’t be provided.
